After 7.1 years of professional QA experience (Team lead & Individual Contributor) in the IT Industry and working for seven different domains, the only motive to upgrade to a Master's degree in 'Business Consulting and Digital Transformation' from 'Skema Business School' located in Sophia Antipolis, France has been to trigger a career shift from 'Technical-QA' to a 'Business-Technical-Management' oriented job role/s - 'Business Analyste' OR 'Quality Analyste' OR 'Consulante' OR 'Product Manager' .

To be honest and modest, I carry a total industry experience of 7.6 years as "Lead" as well as "Individual Contributor" and relevant experience of "One" year (7 months in 'Project Management' at Amadeus, France + 5 months Internship as 'Business Consultant and Analyst', India) based on my Master's degree. During 7 months of association with Amadeus, France, varied artefacts of 'Traveler-ID' project viz. 'Project Charter', 'Project Management Plan', 'Competitive Intelligence Study', 'Desirability Study', and 'Marketing Strategy Plan' were delivered during that tenure. I studied 'Innovation Management' (Digital/Consumer Product/Service), 'Design Thinking', 'Project Management' and 'Business Analysis' - a few subjects during my Master's 'Business Consulting and Digital Transformation'. Evidently, I do carry good competency in devising 'Innovation'/'Growth'/'Marketing Strategies', 'Business Analysis' and 'Product Innovation Management'. I made sure that I don't stay stagnant on skill-set and knowledge-base levels. I have developed business competency and inculcated an analytical mindset during and after master's by studying the latest, relevant tools/technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain, CRM, SEO, BI) and business case-studies. In a nutshell, these efforts have enabled me to undertake the responsibilities equivalent to 'Associate'/'Mid-Senior' skill-level roles!

I believe capabilities and knowledge-base developed can be mapped to any product, project, domain, sector, or industry. An appropriately honed mindset and potential can bring functional, creative, innovative and strategic value to a company and I belong to this category. I have devised a few good innovative strategies - 'Product', 'Growth', 'Marketing - Influencer Marketing', 'Sales' strategies, Collaborative - Collaborative Games Strategies to generate an immersive, interactive requirement elicitation and prioritization for stakeholders!
